Please contact us at booksbindfaye@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery for returns and exchanges, or 12 hours of purchase for cancellations, along with the order number and receipt or proof of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and please ship the items back within 15 days of delivery. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Books bind Faye reserves the right to refuse a return without adequate proof of purchase or without first requesting the return.
To be eligible to receive a full refund, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. We do not accept items that are torn, unpacked or used.
To return, please contact us at booksbindfaye@gmail.com to receive the instructions on how and where to send your package. The item must be requested for return before being sent back; otherwise, the return will not be accepted.Â
Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item with proof of damage (picture) and order number, in order to evaluate and solve the issue.
Non-returnable items
Because of the nature of these items can not be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can not accept returns or exchanged for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
- Gift cards
Refunds
I will issue the refund after the item returned and inspected as in good condition. If we approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. The refund can take 5-10 business days to process and post toward your account.
Privacy Policy
Books bind Faye will not share or sell your personal information. Shipping, billing address and contact information is only used for order fulfillment purpose.
